This workshop provides parents and carers from 0 to 3 years old, with some understanding and guidance about child development. Topics covered will include: the long-term effects of early experience, sleep and night terrors, feeding and introducing solids, the development of verbal language, signs of isolation.

A playful workshop – aka mini urban retreat
The start of a new year… and a new decade. Do you feel inspired to think of the year ahead? Or are you confused about what you want in your life?
In this group workshop, we will explore your desires, hopes and dreams, while letting go of perfectionism. Using art therapy and experiential techniques, Bellies Abroad provider Claudia Palmira, A.T., E.S., leads you in a series of both individual and group activities to deepen your connection to your true vision – or simply discover what it might be. Clearing away the projections of others and letting go of past challenges is part of the process for making way for the new and wonderful to enter in.
Mothers whose desires might have gotten submerged in their children’s or family’s lives will benefit from this. This works for those who have strong ideas – and helps those who have trouble knowing what you truly desire. This work will also help you to embrace your authentic hopes – that tiny voice that can get lost in the din of daily obligations and to-do’s.
The workshop lasts 3 hours with one break.
