Join us for a free online Prenatal Pilates class with Teresa. Explore different movement options and ranges of motion available to you for abdominal maintenance. You’ll learn about the  function of the abdominals and what happens to them during pregnancy.  Teresa will lead you through appropriate exercises to rebuild your abdominal strength and help you to keep moving throughout your life with comfort, strength, and confidence. A cushion is recommended if you have discomfort in your knees or wrists.
