Join our lovely midwife and pelvic floor specialist Karin De Lucia for a 4-week group class to try different techniques of baby massage.
The benefits involved are strengthening the relationship between mums and babies, improving relaxation of the muscular and the neurological systems , reducing stress, constipation and other tensions.

After the massage course you are welcome to stay and speak with Karin, one of our midwives and pelvic floor expert, to weigh your baby and ask any questions you may have

It’s also a good opportunity to catch up with other international new mums in Rome.

The course lasts 1 1/2 hours and the cost is €40 for the four meetings, free for those who have done a postnatal course with Karin previously. Please write to ostetricakarin@gmail.com to confirm your space.
